All our coaches are parent volunteers who donate their time while still paying full registration for their own kids. We need you!

Coach Dana Lewis

Clinic Director · 6 seasons

Local parent who loves teaching kids the basics. Volunteers every Saturday morning and still pays full registration for her own daughter.

  • Time commitment: 2 hours Saturdays
  • Started coaching when her kid joined
  • Makes it fun with games and high-fives

Coach Malik Carter

Boys 9–10 League · 8 seasons

Dad of two players who stepped up when the league needed coaches. Works full-time but makes practice twice a week.

  • Time commitment: 4 hours/week
  • No coaching experience before LTRC
  • Pays for both kids to play

Girls League 5–6 · 5 seasons

Working mom who volunteers because she wants her daughter to have a great experience. Juggles work, coaching, and family.

  • Time commitment: 3 hours/week
  • Still pays full registration fees
  • Makes practice fun, not competitive
