Create your family account
Visit the registration hub to set up your profile, add players, and choose programs. The portal autosaves progress, so you can pause any time.
Prep for the season
Gather required forms, review the equipment list, and mark the calendar milestones below. Expect welcome emails from coaches a few weeks before first practice.

Have a recent headshot (for badges if required), medical release details, emergency contacts, and school information ready. Most families finish online registration in under 10 minutes when these items are handy.

Interest survey & volunteer recruitment
Share the registration preview link, collect volunteer interest, and announce evaluation dates.
August
Registration launches
Families select programs, submit payment, and e-sign waivers in the portal. Waitlist notifications go out as divisions fill.
September – October
Evaluations & team formation
Coaches receive rosters, attend orientation, and confirm practice slots. Gear orders and reversible jerseys are finalized.
November – March
Season in action
Practices begin, weekly reminders go out automatically, and program updates publish to the news feed. End-of-season celebrations wrap in March.
Communication flow
Portal notifications, coach emails, and optional SMS reminders keep everyone aligned. Encourage families to update their contact info if anything changes mid-season.
