Use these sample outlines to communicate what each division experiences. Swap in your official practice cadence, coaches, and registration fees once they are confirmed.

Clinic 6–7 (coed)

Introduce the game through play-based stations and short-sided scrimmages. Players leave with ball-handling basics, confidence, and a smile.

Skill focus

  • Ball control: dribble relays, stationary pound dribbles

  • Week 1: Welcome & ball basics
  • Weeks 2–5: Skill stations + mini-scrimmage
  • Weeks 6–8: Theme weeks (defense, passing, shooting)

  • Indoor athletic shoes (no outdoor cleats)

Skill development roadmap

  • Weeks 1–2: Establish ball familiarity and court awareness.
  • Weeks 3–4: Introduce passing targets and defensive stance.
  • Weeks 5–6: Add fun shooting contests and relays.

Clinic 8

Bridges the gap between clinic play and league structure. Players handle the ball under light pressure and learn how to cut, screen, and space the floor.

Weekly cadence

  • Weeknight practice (45 minutes)
  • Saturday game (four 8-minute quarters)

Game format

  • 4-on-4 half court to maximize touches

Skill development roadmap

Boys 9–10 League

Full-court play with certified officials. We teach players how to read the game, compete with poise, and embrace team roles.
